On the Wing and Crawling Around: Livingston Master Naturalist Presentation

Join the Illinois Livingston County Master Naturalists in joint partnership with the Prairie Lands Foundation on Saturday June 10, for a morning filled with discovering bugs! USDA Plant Health Safeguarding Specialist, Tyler Hedlund will be leading a presentation titles "On the Wing and Crawling Along: A Walk with the Insects of Fugate Woods". 

This program is free and open to registrants of all ages! Children must be accompanied by a parent/adult.
This program will begin at the Dominy Memorial Library (201 S 3rd St, Fairbury, IL 61739) at 10:00 a.m. At 11 a.m. there will be an outdoor portion at Fugate Woods (23150-23898 E 1000 N Rd, Fairbury, IL 61739).  

At Dominy Memorial Library, there will be a visual presentation about bug identification, which includes 4 hands on stations. At approximately 11:00,  we will transfer to Fugate Woods where Tyler Hedlund will set up a catch net. We will conclude at noon.
