"Wow! Did You See That One?:  Meteors, Meteor Showers, and the Perseid Meteor Shower hosted by the McLean, Livingston, and Woodford Master Naturalists. 

Join your local Master Naturalists and astronomer Paul Pouliet on Saturday, August 10 from 7:30 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. Paul is a lifelong lover of all things astronomy, an avid visual observer, and one who enjoys sharing his love and enthusiasm for what can be seen in the sky.
 

We will be meeting at the Boy Scout Pavilion in Fugate Woods. 
 

To reach parking from Fairbury, head east on US 24. Before PTC Alliance, turn left onto N 2300 E Rd, then right onto E 900 N Rd. Turn left at a gate manned by volunteers and follow the grass road to the pavilion.
 

Please bring a lounge chair, blanket, warm drink, bug spray, and flashlight for viewing. No restroom is available at this location.

This event is open to all! We ask that children attending are 5 and up.
