Spring is a great time to look for birds, especially colorful warblers passing through on their way to nesting grounds along with other birds we only see during migration. Join us on April 26 from 8:00 to 9:30 am at Fugate Woods Nature Preserve to learn tips on bird identification and see how many we can find together. While admiring the birds above, we will also see beautiful blooming wildflowers on the ground below.

All ages are welcome. Bring binoculars and field guides if you have them. We will meet at the north entrance of Fugate Woods Nature Preserve, located at 23150 E 1000 North Road, Fairbury IL 61739.

DIRECTIONS: From Route 24 in Fairbury, go north on Seventh Street to 1000 North Road. Turn right and go about 1 1/2 miles. The main entrance is just east of the bridge. Click here for the coordinates.
