The 2026 program features a wide range of topics to help you meet the challenges of commercial fruit production in Southwestern Illinois. Industry representatives will also be on hand to talk about their latest products and services.
This year's school will take place on Feb. 12, 2026, at the Barefoot Restaurant in Hardin. There will be no afternoon presentations; Tree Fruit School will conclude after lunch.
Program Schedule
Current trends in insect and disease management production-related topics to be covered include:
- Peach and apple diseases
Mohammad Babadoost, University of Illinois - Integrated pest management in tree fruits

Registration Details
- $35 per person for advanced registration by Feb. 4.
- $50 per person for registration at the door.
- All registration fees include lunch and one copy of the Midwest Fruit Pest Management Guide.
- Registration begins at 7:45 a.m. on the day of the program.
