Jeffrey is a McLean County 4-H Youth Development Program Coordinator at the Unity Community Center of Illinois Extension Office. Jeffrey has an extensive background in working youths and youth development from his days as a Peace Corps volunteer in South Africa and teaching English as a Second Language in China.

Jeffrey is from Des Plaines, Illinois. Jeffrey graduated from Illinois State University in 2023 with a M.S. in Politics and Government in the Applied Community and Economic Development (ACED) Sequence. He also holds a B.A from DePaul University in Chicago. While attending ISU, Jeffrey won the Graduate Student Civic Engagement Award for his department, As part of his graduate school curriculum at Illinois State, Jeffrey volunteered for UNICEF and the Polish Red Cross in Warsaw, Poland for two months. Jeffrey is also an Army veteran.

Outside of work, Jeffrey enjoys following the Chicago Cubs, traveling Route 66, writing for publication and learning Chinese.
