EUREKA, Ill. – What's for dinner? The question is asked 365 times a year!  It's easy to get stuck in a rut or lose inspiration, but sometimes just a few simple changes can get you back on track. Join Nutrition and Wellness Educator and Registered Dietitian, Jenna Smith, to learn some quick and easy hacks for eating well and making meals at home a more enjoyable process without spending hours in the kitchen. The Diabetes Clinic class, “I’m Tired of Cooking” will meet from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 21 at the Eureka United Methodist Church (208 N. Callender St., Eureka, IL).

Diabetes clinics are informal but informational walk-in programs with a different topic each month designed especially for persons living with diabetes. There is no cost to attend this program and no registration is necessary. Diabetes Clinic meets at the Eureka United Methodist Church in Eureka.
