Improve your joint health with Extension’s Diabetes Clinic

EUREKA, IL. – Arthritis is the swelling and tenderness of the joints, which leads to pain and stiffness that typically worsen with age. Join Nutrition and Wellness Educator and Registered Dietitian, Jenna Smith, to learn how certain lifestyle changes could help improve your joint health, as well as help to prevent, relieve, and manage its symptoms. The Diabetes Clinic class, “The Basics of Arthritis” will meet from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 20 at the Eureka United Methodist Church (208 N. Callender St., Eureka, IL). 

Diabetes clinics are informal but informational walk-in programs with a different topic each month designed especially for persons living with diabetes. There is no cost to attend this program and no registration is necessary. Diabetes Clinic meets at the Eureka United Methodist Church in Eureka.
