As the saying goes, all good things must come to an end. This author will be heading out to pasture and retiring in May after working with University of Illinois Extension since 1993. I have sincerely enjoyed sharing weather phenomena over the years with youth and adults through in-person programs, webinars, and this blog.
As always, Illinois Extension is here to help you and will soon be welcoming Jessica Rudnick, who will cover climate vulnerability, environmental justice, community involvement, and communicating climate impacts and risks to help communities navigate extreme weather events.
Explore the websites below for more weather information.
And remember that your local Extension office is just a call, email, or drive away with staff available to help you with a variety of topics from food safety and preservation to personal finances to gardening and more!
