Are you going through life on autopilot and feeling stressed out?
All of us have challenges in our daily lives, but there are some strategies and activities that you can do to help live in the moment and experience a reduction of stress.
Come learn about mindfulness and how mindfulness practices can help in everyday life. You'll gain experience utilizing hands-on mindfulness techniques and build your own mindfulness kit to take home.
