Join the Illinois Extension Master Naturalists for Nature Trails Day at Comlara Park in Hudson, IL! This free, outdoor event will be held on Saturday, September 21, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Bring your family and friends for a day of hiking, exploring activity booths, and enjoying presentations about the natural world.
 

Highlights of Nature Trails Day include:

  • Visiting our partner booths
  • Guided nature hikes
  • Live animal presentations by experts from Wildlife Prairie Park
  • Youth activities and learning opportunities about plants, insects, trees, and birds
 
There will be activities for all ages, so everyone can have a great time! Remember to bring bug spray, sunscreen, and water to stay safe and hydrated. Picnic tables and public restrooms will be available.
 
Comlara Park is located at 13001 Recreation Area Dr, Hudson, IL, with parking available.
