When there is no time or energy left in the day to cook, pulling out a homemade meal from the freezer can be a lifesaver.

Put on your apron and gather in the kitchen with Nutrition and Wellness Educator and Registered Dietitian, Jenna Smith, to work together to create delicious, healthy meals to store away for future use; you’ll even walk away with a freezer bag of food.   

The class will meet on Thursday, October 10 from 1:30 - 2:30 pm at the Eureka United Methodist Church. Diabetes clinics are informal but informational walk-in programs with a different topic each month designed especially for persons living with diabetes. There is no cost to attend this program and no registration is necessary.
