McLean and Woodford 4-H members are invited to join us for our 4-H Beef Cattle Weigh-In and Tattooing event on January 31 at the Reel Livestock Center.
- For Woodford 4-H members, weighing and tattooing will begin at 7 a.m.
- For McLean 4-H members, weighing and tattooing will begin after 8 a.m.
All 4-H members wanting to show any steer or market heifer in the county or state shows must have their animals weighed and tattooed by the beef superintendents. Please note that steers must be castrated before tattooing.
Please RSVP the number of animals you plan to bring by contacting your local Extension office by phone or email by January 26.
