Join us for an important community meeting focused on building a more supportive, informed, and responsive environment for individuals and families affected by dementia in the Bloomington‑Normal area. This gathering will bring together community members, professionals, caregivers, and advocates who want to learn more and take actionable steps to support individuals and families impacted by dementia.

During this collaborative session, we will:

  • Discuss the current impact of dementia in our community and the projected increase in affected individuals and families
  • Explore what it means to be a Dementia Friendly Community, including key principles and practical examples.
  • Identify next steps, including opportunities to participate in leadership and action teams to guide future community efforts.
