Older adults are more likely to fall which can cause serious injury.

The causes of falls include muscle weakness, poor balance and vision, lack of confidence at moving about, and the effect of medication. Medical studies confirm that Tai Chi for Arthritis relieves pain, reduces falls, and improves quality of life. This seated version is perfect for anyone who prefers or needs to practice Tai Chi sitting down. The Dr. Paul Lam's Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention Program is recognized by the CDC as an evidence-based program.
