Feeding My Baby helps caregivers feel confident as their baby transitions to solid foods. This program offers practical guidance on introducing new foods, preventing choking, identifying food allergies, and understanding baby-led weaning. Participants will also learn how to make their own baby food and encourage healthy eating habits from the start.
