Participants will enjoy calming stations like snow globe calming jar creation, tea blending, personalized ornament making, and festive essential oil scent blending—each designed to promote relaxation, mindfulness, and stress relief during the busy holiday season.

Calming Jar/Snow Globe – Craft a visual relaxation tool to help center your thoughts and bring a moment of peace.
Ornament Making – Design a personalized ornament or decoration that reflects a meaningful holiday tradition or memory.
Essential Oil Scent Blending – Mix festive aromas into a rollerball or sachet to take home and enjoy throughout the holidays.
Tea Blending Station – Create your own soothing tea blend using a variety of herbs and flavors to enjoy during the season.
