Diabetes Clinic - Smart Snacking

Do you reach for a snack when you’re hungry or is it out of habit? This lesson will have you reflecting on your snacking behaviors and will help guide you to make smart snacking decisions.

The class will meet on Thursday, February 5th from 1:30 - 2:30 pm at the OSF Saint James Hospital - Conference Rooms. Diabetes clinics are informal but informational walk-in programs with a different topic each month designed especially for persons living with diabetes. There is no cost to attend this program and no registration is necessary.
