Join Nutrition and Wellness Educator and Registered Dietitian, Jenna Smith, to discover the role carbohydrates play in managing diabetes and learn how to develop a meal plan that fits your lifestyle.
The class will meet on Thursday, February 19th from 1:30 - 2:30 pm at the Eureka United Methodist Church. Diabetes clinics are informal but informational walk-in programs with a different topic each month designed especially for persons living with diabetes. There is no cost to attend this program and no registration is necessary.
