In this workshop you will learn how to safely grow nutrient packed microgreens indoors. You'll leave with a seeded 10”x10” tray that will produce ¼ pound of greens and enough seeds for a second planting. In addition, Grant will discuss how microgreen production can scale up to become a small business enterprise. According to Datassential’s annual trends publication, Foodbytes, microgreen production is a growing 2020 food trend adopted by high-end restaurants like Marcus Samuelsson’s Red Rooster in New York and grocery retailer Kroger. Register now to learn how to create your own hyper-local personalized microgreen farm.
Please register early as capacity is limited.
There is no on-site registration.
