What is Extension?
Body

Illinois Extension is the flagship outreach effort of the University of Illinois, offering practical education and trustworthy information to help people, businesses, and communities solve problems, develop skills, and build a better future.  Local staff at the offices in Logan, Menard, and Sangamon counties provide programs and events in the areas of Horticulture, Nutrition Education, and Youth Development.  For other topics, we can connect you with regional and statewide specialists and share their research-based resources.
