Angela Crawford enjoys meeting new people. In her role as a community outreach worker, she encourages Cook County residents to live healthier and teaches them how to be physically active.

Angela enjoys working with youth and adults. She is passionate about nutrition and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. It makes her smile when she hears that her students enjoyed her workshops and the meals they learned to prepare. 

Before joining Extension in 2018, Angela spent over 20 years with the City of Chicago. Through various positions, Angela honed her time management, organization, and administrative skills, along with her ability to work with individuals across the economic and demographic spectrum. 

Angela enjoys travel, roller skating, and swimming and is pursuing a business administration degree in her spare time.
