Are you wanting an event to reconnect with nature and explore the beautiful colors of fall? Come to a wonderful forest preserve where relaxing mindfulness and meditative practices will be led during this slow and leisurely walk. This walk can assist with improving physical and mental health and is a great way to meet new people! A beautiful tea ceremony will follow the walk. University of Illinois Extension-Cook County strives to improve the overall well-being of Cook County residents through activities, such as this nature wellness walk! We hope to see you there!
