This workshop will share information about African American gardens of the past and present. This will include information on the nutritional value of plants typically used in these gardens, as well as advice on how to grow some of these plants successfully. This workshop is a collaboration between Illinois Extension, The Conservation Foundation, and Outdoor Afro and is being hosted by Outdoor Afro via Meetup.
