Mindfulness practices have been shown to reduce stress and anxiety and promote a greater sense of well-being. Positive psychology helps us shift our focus to what is working in our lives. Learn a series of mindfulness and positive psychology practices to help reduce stress and increase enjoyment of life. Facilitated by Community Health Extension Educator Leilah Siegel.
