Heart disease is the number one cause of death worldwide, yet according to the American Heart Association, heart disease is largely preventable with lifestyle changes and education.  Learn about the four key areas known to contribute to heart disease and what you can do to reduce your risk. Facilitated by Community Health Extension Educator Leilah Siegel.

This Event is free and open to the public and for participants over the age of 18.
