Monroe County Outdoor Explorers

Join us on June 9 for a guided evening walk and talk as we explore trees. This program is designed for youth and adults of all ages and includes light hiking.

Get started with EFNEP

The Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) supports individuals and families through hands-on nutrition education, practical cooking skills, and ongoing guidance from our local EFNEP team. Build the skills you need for healthier meals and a healthier lifestyle.

Youth Cooking School registration now open

Calling all young chefs ages 9–14! Youth Cooking School is a fun, hands-on experience designed to build confidence, creativity, and practical kitchen skills. Each session encourages teamwork, independence, and creativity in a supportive environment.

A special Junior Chef Edition for ages 5–8 will also be offered in July. 

Sessions will be held at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Madison County Farm Bureau, Turkey Hill Grange, and the Monroe County Annex. Register today!
