Request Help
General Help Requests
Submit a general request for project consultations, accessibility review, or questions. Contact us early in your design process and we can help make your content accessible.
Remediation Requests
There are multiple options for remediation support. If you are unsure of which option to use, submit a general help request and we'll help you decide.
Extension Remediation
Submit a remediation request. Student workers will apply accessibility fixes to your completed projects. All files must be complete (no pending edits/changes) at the time of submission.
UI System Offices Accessibility Remediation
Submit a remediation request to UI System Offices for document or video remediation. Please read the guidelines carefully and always double check the returned files for errors.
Guidelines
Send:
- Short-term use documents (examples: document that will be updated regularly and event flyers)
- Large, resource documents from a third party (example: a PDF resource that is included in an online course)
- For videos, submit MP4s.
- For documents, send PDF, Word, PowerPoint or Excel files.
Avoiding sending:
- Time-sensitive or documents with strict deadlines or quick turn around
- Documents that have commercial use (anything we sell or is available on PubsPlus)
- Core mission content (example: Master Gardner's Manual program guides, manuals, show books, etc.)
Training Requests
Submit a training request for your team or program. One-on-one training requests are also accepted.
Digital Accessibility Office Hours
