Marketing Request Forms

Question or Consultation
Not sure where to start? Submit your question or request a consultation with a MarCom team member to help you understand options and find the best path forward.

Event Marketing
Request an event marketing package to support state and regional events. Assets often include a website event setup, media release, graphics, social media promotion, email template, and more.

Digital Content Support
Request assistance with an Extension webpage or website, blog editing or access, email marketing, and Webtools – or ask for social media best practices, account management, and cross-posting relationships.

Media Release Support
Request a review for a media release draft, ask for a new media release to be written, or submit a local or regional media release to be posted to the global Extension website and shared statewide.

Documents
Request copy editing, page layout, and distribution of print or digital documents, such as fact sheets, guidebooks, and reports.

Merchandise Support
Request a merchandise consultation, design approval, or custom design work for program-level, statewide, or regional needs.

Video and Audio Support
Submit recorded state-level content for upload, request a consultation, or ask for new content to be created.
Website Editor Access
Submit website content editor access requests through Tech Services' New Hire Form or a Staff Change Form. MarCom and Tech Services will review the request. Approved staff members will be added to the attendee list for the next training session. Access will not be enabled until staff attend training.
Shared Marketing
If you have a local asset or opportunity that warrants statewide exposure, we can help. Extension MarCom sends regular email updates to staff throughout the state that include news releases, blog posts, events, training opportunities, graphics packages, and more. Send a request to include your existing, published marketing item or internal communication in our weekly email update.
