Adena Wilson joined Extension in November 2009 when she was hired to develop online professional development modules for the CED Team. Adena became part of the Extension Web Development Office in 2011, where she continued to design online courses for 4-H, PSEP, the Certified Crop Advisor program and other program areas within Extension. In 2013, Adena began taking on social media responsibilities. Currently, she splits her time between social media and online instruction. Part of the Communications team, she reports to Steve Wald. Before moving to Champaign, Adena spent most of her time on the east coast, most recently in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, where she received a masters in Urban and City Planning. Adena also holds a masters in Environmental Studies from Yale University and a bachelor’s degree in Hebrew language from Binghamton University.
