Care
- Need very well-drained soil especially over the winter.
- After flowering, plants will die to the ground and go dormant. Remove foliage and allow new leaves that return to remain over the winter.
- Lightly mulch new plantings for the first winter.
- Transplanting is difficult; die to the fleshy tap root.
